We are lucky enough to have some pretty awesome book lovers in our lives, and nothing makes us happier than getting good recommendations from them. In the spirit of that, we asked our friends to play the alphabet game with us and tell us exactly why you needed to be reading these books. So, here we go! Here are the R books that come recommended from highly trusted sources.

Raine Falling by Paula Marinaro
Alice says: A sweet, action packed macho motorcycle club novel that melts your heart in the sweetest possible way. Prosper - the sweetest guy ever, alone will make you want to reread this book over and over again!!!

When Raine Winston walked into the Hells Saints Compound, she was desperately seeking a safe haven.

What she found instead was Diego Montesalto, a mountain of muscle and the man she had driven all night to escape from.

The last thing Diego ever expected to see walking through the doors of the Saints clubhouse was Raine. The beautiful, brave woman who he had just spent the night drinking and sexing off his mind.

Diego and Raine. This is their story. Raw. Complicated. A love story filled with murder, mayhem, intrigue, and the Happily Ever After. _____________________________________________________________________
Rogue by Rachel Vincent
Anny says: I love this series, it's so different from other shifter series where alpha's are usually male, Faythe's father is planning on passing down his alpha position to his only daughter. I love the banters between the siblings and the pack members, not only that but Marc and Faythe's relationship continues to heat up in this book, more so than the first book.

Okay, so cats don't always land on their feet.

I know that better than most. Since rejoining the Pride, I've made big decisions and even bigger mistakes: the kind paid for with innocent lives. As the first and only female enforcer, I have plenty to prove to my father, the Pride, and myself. And with murdered toms turning up in our territory, I'm working harder than ever, though I always find the energy for a little after-hours recreation with Marc, my partner both on- and off-duty.

But not all of my mistakes are behind me. We're beginning to suspect that the dead are connected to a rash of missing human women and that they can all be laid at my feet--two or four, take your pick. And one horrible indiscretion may yet cost me more than I can bear... _____________________________________________________________________
The Reckoning by Kelley Armstrong
Nina says: It all comes to a peak in this book - in the best way. I love that the author didn't take the easy way out in terms of romance and in doing so, she created one of my favorite literary couples ever

Chloe Saunders is fifteen and would love to be normal. Unfortunately, Chloe happens to be a genetically engineered necromancer who can raise the dead without even trying. She and her equally gifted (or should that be 'cursed'?) friends are now running for their lives from the evil corporation that created them.
As if that's not enough, Chloe is struggling with her feelings for Simon, a sweet-tempered sorcerer, and his brother Derek, a not so sweet-tempered werewolf. And she has a horrible feeling she's leaning towards the werewolf...

Definitely not normal. _____________________________________________________________________
Rebel Belle by Rachel Hawkins
Allyson says: I had not anticipated loving this book nearly as much as I did. The quintessential cheerleader, Harper Price is not a character I should have loved, but I absolutely did! She was spunky and funny and though her priorities were a tad skewed sometimes, it was really great watching her come to grips with her new powers and responsibilities.

Harper Price, peerless Southern belle, was born ready for a Homecoming tiara. But after a strange run-in at the dance imbues her with incredible abilities, Harper's destiny takes a turn for the seriously weird. She becomes a Paladin, one of an ancient line of guardians with agility, super strength and lethal fighting instincts.

Just when life can't get any more disastrously crazy, Harper finds out who she's charged to protect: David Stark, school reporter, subject of a mysterious prophecy and possibly Harper's least favorite person. But things get complicated when Harper starts falling for him—and discovers that David's own fate could very well be to destroy Earth.

With snappy banter, cotillion dresses, non-stop action and a touch of magic, this new young adult series from bestseller Rachel Hawkins is going to make y'all beg for more. _____________________________________________________________________
